Talk to the people who wrote the code
There is no ticket queue here and no chatbot in front of us. Email reaches the two people who build and maintain the themes.
hey@terabold.com — sales questions, licensing, agency terms, invoices.
support@themestack.co.uk — installation help, bugs, anything that is not behaving as documented.
We answer within two working days, usually the same day. We are in the United Kingdom and work UK office hours.
Before you write about a bug
Three details turn a two-day exchange into a two-hour one: the theme name and version number from your account, the URL of the page where it happens, and whether it happens on a fresh install of the theme with no applications enabled.
If it involves a third-party application, say which one. Most reports that look like theme bugs turn out to be an application injecting markup into a section, and knowing that upfront saves everyone a day.
What support covers
Support covers the theme doing what the documentation says it does, on a current browser, on a store using our theme as published.
It does not cover custom code that you or a developer added, conflicts caused by applications, or changes you would like us to make to the design. We are happy to quote for custom work separately, and we will say honestly when someone else is a better fit.
Licensing and invoices
ThemeStack is not VAT registered, so receipts carry no VAT and we cannot issue a VAT invoice. If you need a purchase order reference on your receipt, or a licence transferred to a client after handover, email the sales address with the order reference. Transfers are free and usually done the same day.
Agency licensing is priced per theme and covers up to twenty-five live stores. Tell us the theme and roughly how many stores you expect and we will send terms.
Press and partnerships
For press enquiries, speaking, or writing about the studio, use the sales address and mention what you need. We are happy to provide logos, screenshots and a factual description of what we do.
ThemeStack is an independent theme studio and is not affiliated with Shopify Inc. Please do not describe us as an official partner of any platform, because we are not one.
